"You must keep paying" is an obligation with an eviction consequence attached; rendering it as ਚੰਗਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਰਹੋ ("it would be good if you kept paying") turns a warning into a suggestion and loses the modal mark plus the seven-day threshold that gives it teeth.

Where marks go here: Three numbers, all different: below four, fifteen grams, fifteen minutes. Candidates merge the two fifteens or attach the wrong unit to each. "You must" is again an instruction, not a suggestion, and the sequence take, wait, retest has to arrive in that order to be usable.

You do not have to give up your food. Have two rotis at dinner instead of four, half the ghee, and no sugar in your chai. Sweets at a wedding are fine occasionally. Come back in three months.

Where marks go here: "No sugar in your chai" is absolute and "occasionally" is a limit; candidates swap them, producing less sugar in the tea and unrestricted mithaai. That single swap reverses the nurse's advice while sounding fluent, and the follow-up interval is often lost at the end of a long segment.
